Need a lighting director or programmer who can move fast and still deliver a polished look? Michael Pagan is an Emmy Award–winning lighting director and programmer based in Orlando, with credits spanning the FIFA World Cup, Disney On Ice, and major live tours.

Whether it’s broadcast, touring, or a one-off event, he brings the same standard: strong looks, tight programming, and a show that holds up under pressure. Reach out with dates, venue, and what you’re building — he’ll get back to you.
